At Lokesh Artz, every artwork is carefully created with time, effort, and attention to detail. Since most of our work is custom-made, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

1. Custom Artwork & Commissions

  • All custom artwork orders are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • This is because each piece is uniquely created based on your requirements and cannot be resold.
     

2. Order Cancellation

  • You may request a cancellation before the work has started for a full refund.

  • Once the artwork process begins, cancellation is not eligible for a refund.
     

3. Revisions & Satisfaction

  • We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Minor revisions may be provided based on the agreed terms during the order discussion.

  • Refunds will not be issued due to personal preferences after the artwork is completed.
     

4. Damaged or Incorrect Delivery

  • If you receive a damaged physical artwork or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos).

  • We will review the issue and offer a replacement or partial refund if applicable.
     

5. Digital Products

  • Digital artworks or files are non-refundable once delivered, as they cannot be returned.
     

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
